Is it really £35 a month?
Yes. Coaching Classes is £35 per organisation, per month after the trial. There is no added Coaching Classes percentage transaction fee. Standard Stripe payment-processing fees still apply to your connected Stripe account.
Can parents book on their phones?
Yes. The public booking experience is designed mobile-first, so parents can choose an activity, add their child, provide the required details and pay without starting from an empty account.
Will it work for my type of club?
The platform uses flexible terms such as activities, classes, students and coaches. It is designed for children’s sports, dance, performing arts, swimming, gymnastics, martial arts, camps and similar providers.
Can my coaches see every child record?
No. Access is role- and organisation-based. Staff see the information they need for their assigned work without exposing unrelated customer or safeguarding data.
