Is it really £39.95 per month?
Yes. The standard Coaching Classes organisation subscription is £39.95 per month after the 14-day trial. The current amount is shown again before you confirm Stripe Checkout.
Is help moving from another system included?
Yes. Assisted onboarding, account setup, migration of suitable exported data and a support call are included. What can be migrated depends on the format and completeness of the information your current provider supplies.
Do you take a percentage of parent payments?
Coaching Classes does not add a percentage platform transaction fee under the standard plan. Stripe's normal payment-processing fees still apply to the club's connected Stripe account.
Do we need our own Stripe account?
A Stripe connected account is needed when the club is ready to accept parent payments. Stripe guides an existing account holder through connection or helps a new user create the required account during onboarding.
What happens when the trial ends?
The saved subscription payment method is charged £39.95 and monthly billing begins unless the organisation cancels before the end of its 14-day trial.
