Open the day's register
Assigned coaches select the camp date and see the children entitled to attend that day. They can mark attendance and open the relevant medical, emergency and collection information.

Can parents book individual holiday camp days?
Yes. Parents can select future dates from the camp's published dates, or choose a full-camp pass before the camp starts. Capacity is checked against the dates being purchased.
Can a parent book two children together?
Yes. The hosted camp booking flow supports a second child in the same checkout and payment. Providers can configure two-child prices for individual days and full-camp passes. Each child retains their own profile and purchased dates.
Does the register show only the children booked for that day?
Yes. Camp registers use the selected camp date and the child's purchased dates so coaches can work with the relevant daily list rather than every child booked across the whole camp.
How much does the holiday camp booking system cost?
Coaching Classes costs £39.95 per organisation per month after a 14-day free trial. There is no added Coaching Classes percentage transaction fee. Standard Stripe processing fees apply to card payments.
Does refunding a payment cancel a child's camp place?
No. Payment refunds and attendance entitlement are separate. Administrators manage cancellation of the child's place separately, retaining the booking history.
Is this suitable for sports and multi-activity camps?
Yes. Providers can use it for children's sports camps, football camps and multi-activity holiday programmes, with camp dates, venues, age ranges, prices, parent records and assigned coaches in the same system.
