Switching booking systems? Assisted onboarding and data migration are included.

Switch booking systems.Keep your club moving.

Changing platform should not mean rebuilding your operation alone. Assisted onboarding, suitable data migration, account setup and a support call are included with Coaching Classes.

Included with your plan

  • Assisted account setup
  • Migration of suitable exported data
  • Help preparing classes and customer records
  • A guided support call with our team

A practical route from your current system.

We agree the migration scope with you before work begins, then help turn the information available from your current provider into a usable starting point.

01

We review your exports

Send us the files your current system provides. We will confirm what can be moved and flag anything that needs your input.

02

We prepare your account

We help organise suitable club, class, family and participant information so you are not beginning with an empty system.

03

We guide the handover

A support call with our team helps you understand the new workflow and the remaining steps before you open bookings.

Clear expectations protect your live data.

What can usually be moved?

Structured exports such as CSV files can often be used for classes, parents, children and related operational details. The exact result depends on the fields and quality of the export.

What needs special handling?

Payment credentials, saved cards and active subscriptions cannot simply be copied between providers. We will explain the safe Stripe and customer steps relevant to your club.

Do you change anything without approval?

No. We agree what will be imported, ask you to check the prepared information and keep you responsible for confirming that club records are accurate.

You do not have to start from an empty account.

Start your 14-day trial, then our team can review the information available from your current booking system and plan the move with you.
