What if the club does not already use Stripe?
The Connect onboarding journey can take a new club through creating the required Stripe account. Stripe may request business and representative verification before payments are enabled.
Where does the parent's money go?
Payments are created for the club's connected Stripe account. The club manages its banking and payout details with Stripe.
Can administrators refund a payment?
Authorised club administrators can start a refund from the connected payment workflow. Stripe remains the payment processor and returns the final status.
Who pays Stripe fees?
Stripe's processing fees apply to the connected club account. Coaching Classes does not add its own percentage transaction fee under the standard £39.95 plan.
